With thanks to Byron Bay's Feels Botanical, guests at the Sydney Resort ’23 Residence Welcome Party enjoyed the unique combinations of two sustainably sourced botanical cocktails. Create the experience for yourself. 


Feels Basking Tommy's Margarita

Ingredients
  • 45ml Feels Botanical Bask
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup Co. Agave Syrup
    Method Shake | Ice
    • Salt rim your favourite chilled rocks glass
    • Add all ingredients to ice filled shaker
    • Shake vigorously to mix and chill
    • Strain into glass over large ice block
    • Garnish with an edible flower, or dehydrated lime wheel



    Feels Rouse Turkish Delight Martini

    Ingredients 
    • 15ml Feels Rouse
    • 15ml Regal Rogue Vild Rose Vermouth
    • 30ml Vodka
    Method
    • Stir and pour into a chilled Martini glass
    • Garnish with a dried Rose petal
