RETAIL MANAGER - FULL-TIME

We are seeking a talented and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our upcoming Armadale Boutique. This person will have proven success in leading a highly effective and high-performing team, driving VIP clientele and managing the daily operations of a successful retail store.

This persons duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels and developing business strategies, requiring great teamwork skills, cooperation, responsibility and exceptional customer service. A front-line position, this role requires a deep understanding and appreciation for the brand, products and people and the ability to communicate that to customers.

RETAIL SUPERVISOR / 2IC - PART-TIME

We are seeking a talented, customer experience lead, team member to join our upcoming Armadale Boutique. This person will have proven success in building customer relationships, driving VIP clientele, a credible network in the Melbourne area and superior critical thinking skills.

The successful candidate will possess the skills to support our Retail Manager in all operations while driving customer experience in store. A front-line position, this role requires a deep understanding and appreciation for the brand, products and people and the ability to communicate that to customers.
