The E-Commerce Coordinator oversees all e-commerce activity for St. Agni, under the guidance and direction of the Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for product merchandising, website operations and performance reporting across global channels. Working closely with the wider team, they ensure marketing initiatives are executed online while improving user experience, optimising site functionality and driving revenue.
This is a highly dynamic role requiring strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrated experience across merchandising, CRO, and e-commerce best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce and marketing performance reports under the direction of the Marketing Manager
- Upload and maintain products across Shopify and relevant marketplaces
- Manage product imagery, descriptions, size charts, meta fields, SEO, and tagging structures
- Merchandise collections in line with stock availability, sell-through, and campaign priorities
- Build and maintain curated collections for launches and campaigns
- Execute routine homepage updates in collaboration with Brand and Marketing
- Maintain and update static website pages seasonally
- Support third-party integrations, including Klaviyo, loyalty platforms, and more
- Assist with troubleshooting and escalate technical issues where required
- Support feature testing and website updates
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing Team on the above shared goals
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires proficiency with the following programs:
- Strong understanding of data and data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus), ERP systems (Cin7), loyalty software (Marsello), returns programs (Loop Returns)

This individual will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the smooth operation of the warehouse whilst championing domestic and international e-commerce fulfilment, gifting and returns.
A highly collaborative role involving great teamwork skills, cooperation, responsibility and exceptional attention to detail, this person must have an understanding of warehousing processes, distribution and logistics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing e-commerce fulfilment for all domestic and international orders
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure packaging is kept to an exceptional standard, garments are quality checked and presented as per guidelines
- Problem solving pick and pack issues with the wider team, being the first point of contact

The Inventory & Fulfilment Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the Inventory & Fulfilment Managers and the Operations Department in the management, coordination and execution of inventory across 3 fulfilment centres and 5 retail boutiques. This role requires collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager and Merchandise Planner to ensure product is dispatched and received in an accurate and timely manner, reducing errors, delays and damages.
The success of the Inventory & Fulfilment Assistant will be based on their ability to manage stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the Inventory & Fulfilment Manager
- To oversee and coordinate retail replenishment branch transfers
- To oversee and coordinate stock returning from retail boutiques
- Management of monthly faulty process, ensuring retail boutiques are following the correct process and stock is reviewed and returned to the correct branch
- Working with the Retail Operations Manager to conduct cycle counts and process adjustments in stock
- To report each month on inventory shrinkage for each boutique, keeping to a 1% KPI. Managing boutique adjustments
- Working alongside the Retail Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager and Inventory and Fulfillment Manager on collection changeovers for each boutique. Ensuring these are completed with 100% accuracy and on time
- Working with the Inventory & Fulfilment Manager on domestic freight between the St. Agni Warehouse and boutiques
- Assisting with wholesale related tasks, including return authorisations
- Assisting and facilitating return authorisations on third-party products
