Promotional Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the End Of Season Sale:

  1. The St. Agni End Of Season Sale will begin at 7:00am (AEST) on 9th September 2025 (the “Start Date”) and remains online until stock clears.

  2. Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.

  3. The St. Agni End Of Season Sale is only available online at st-agni.com, and within St. Agni boutiques, subject to product availability and eligibility.

  4. The promotion is only valid on selected St. Agni products and listed in the collection here.

  5. Prices are as marked online. No discount code is required.

  6. St. Agni reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the St. Agni End Of Season Sale promotion at its sole discretion.

  7. As per the terms and conditions of St. Agni, refunds will not be granted on purchases made during a sale or on already reduced items. Store credits will be issued for any change of mind purchase, unless the product is deemed faulty

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to the St. Agni 20% Off Storewide Sale:
  1. The St. Agni 20% Off Storewide Sale will begin at 6:00am (AEST) on 25th September 2025 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 29th September 2025 (the “End Date”).
  2. Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.

  3. The St. Agni 20% Off Sale is only available online at st-agni.com, int.st-agni.com and within St. Agni boutiques, subject to product availability and eligibility.

  4. 20% off will be applied to eligible retail prices shown on the site, by entering the promotional code TAKE20 at checkout.

  5. The promotion is only valid on select St. Agni products in the Storewide Sale collection, including sale items.

  6. The promotion excludes New Arrivals, Pre-Order items, Third Party product, Woven Mini Tote (All colours), Woven Large Tote (All colours), Slim Woven Tote (All colours), Bagu Woven Tote - Antique Tan, Origami Tote - Black, Cocoon Leather Jacket (All colours)

  7. St. Agni reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the St. Agni 20% Off Sale promotion at its sole discretion.
