Our team can help with questions about sizing, returns, shipping, or any other order-related inquiries.

St. Agni eGift Cards are delivered via email and can be redeemed online or at any St. Agni boutique.

They do not expire, can be used across multiple purchases, and may be combined with another payment method. Please note, only one eGift Card can be applied per order. Any remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.

eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return a purchase paid with an eGift Card, the refunded value will be issued back to the original card for future use. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to receive a restock notification.

On the product page, select your preferred size (if applicable) and select ‘Notify me when available’ to submit your contact details.

Should the item become available again, you will be notified with a back-in-stock alert via email.

Yes. If you would like a different size, please submit a direct exchange through our returns portal. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed at our returns facility (typically 3–5 business days after delivery).

If you would like to exchange for a different colour or style, please return your item for a store credit and place a new order.

New Zealand

If you purchased the incorrect size, please submit a return for a store credit. Once issued, your store credit can be used to place a new order for the correct size or another item.

International

We have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we can offer repair, replacement or refund options.

If a delivery is unsuccessful and your parcel is returned to us, any associated fees (including return shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund once received at our warehouse.

If you would like the parcel to be reshipped, these fees will be charged prior to dispatch.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 21 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
• The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: shoes must not be returned with worn soles. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather. Returns may be declined if items are not received in their original condition.
• Your item is securely packaged with the label attached, and including the returns card (or a note with your order number and name).
• We gladly accept returns of swimwear, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and sanitary stickers intact. Please note that all swimwear returns will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure these criteria are met.
• Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewellery pieces.

You are able to submit a return via our returns portal, found at the top of this page. Follow the steps provided in the portal and submit your return for approval. Once your return is received, items will be inspected to ensure they meet the criteria of our returns policy. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Our boutique teams are pleased to offer a size or colour exchange for the same style in-store, subject to availability.

For direct refunds, a flat return shipping fee of $15 AUD will be deducted from your refund and a return label will be provided.

For store credits or exchanges, return shipping is complimentary and a return label will be provided.

New Zealand & International
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed to ensure it meets our returns criteria. If approved, your refund or store credit will be issued for the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs unless required under applicable consumer law.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If your order was paid with a gift card, the refunded value will be issued back to the same gift card for future use.

You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and retaining your tracking number, as St. Agni is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Australia & New Zealand store
Yes. All duties and taxes are already included in the product prices for Australia and New Zealand, so you will not pay any additional fees at checkout or upon delivery.

International store
Yes, for most international markets, duties and taxes are included in the product prices. In the U.S. and Canada, local state taxes are applied at checkout. For all other countries, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout to ensure no unexpected charges on delivery. Prices may be adjusted due to tariff changes or fluctuations in import and supply costs.

Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you can apply at checkout to purchase an alternate size/item online.
