ABOUT THE ROLE

- Conduct regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and ensure inventory integrity
- Maintain full control and accuracy within Cin7 and WMS systems
- Ensure timely dispatch of domestic and international e-commerce and wholesale orders

- Continuously explore ways to improve fulfilment processes and efficiency
- Monitor and elevate order presentation across the team
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members

- Assist with processing returns and exchanges accurately
