If you are located outside of Australia please follow the instructions below to return your international order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 21 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: shoes must not be returned with worn soles. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather.
  • Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of swimwear and jewellery pieces.
  • Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
  • International exchanges are unable to be processed. Store credits can be issued if you are wanting to repurchase a different item.
  • We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty.
