Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 21 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: shoes must not be returned with worn soles. Be cautious when trying on to prevent making leather.
  • Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of swimwear and jewellery pieces.
  • Sale items are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
  • Direct exchanges are only available for Australian customers and are offered on sizes only, otherwise a store credit will be issued to you to make a repurchase.
 

Domestic vs. International Returns

Within Australia
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. We will deduct a flat rate of $12.00 from your refund and provide a return shipping label. 

If you return your item for a store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary.
 
International
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as St. Agni takes no responsibility in tracking your return. 

For customers located in the United States we recommend using USPS for the most economical return back to Australia.
     

    How do I return my order?

    You are able to submit a return via our returns portal
    Follow the steps provided in the portal and submit your return for approval. Once approved we will be in touch regarding next steps.

    I purchased an item on sale, can I return it?

    You are welcome to return your sale purchase to us for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size/item online.

    I purchased the incorrect size, can I exchange it?

    Exchanges are only available for Australian customers. For international customers, please submit a return for a store credit, which can be used to repurchase another item.
     
    Within Australia
    If you would like an alternate size please submit a direct exchange through our 
    returns portal. If you would like to exchange for a different colour or style please submit a return for a store credit. 

     

    What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

    We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase (ie. order number) to hello@st-agni.com for further review. We have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we can offer repair, replacement or refund options.

    What if I receive an incorrect item

    We apologise if an item you have received is not what you ordered. Please lodge an exchange or return for store credit via our  returns portal and select the desired item, alternatively email hello@st-agni.com.

    What about return shipping costs?

    Within Australia

    How will I be refunded?

    Upon receipt, your items will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.

    You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

    Please note: If you paid import duties or taxes on an item that you have returned and would like a Credit Invoice to provide to your customs office please contact us at hello@st-agni.com.
