Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds are not available for sale items, they are only processed on full-priced items, provided:
- The original Order Number is provided as proof of purchase
- The item(s) is in original condition and original packaging with all tags attached, have not been worn, damaged or washed:
(Shoes must not be returned with worn soles – be cautious when trying on to prevent denting leather soles) if soles are returned marked and not in re-sellable condition you will be contacted by customer service
* Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of swimwear and jewellery
Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

How to return your order
In order to return your item, please fill out the returns form provided with your order or download the form by clicking here, making sure to include your original Order Number.
Please include the completed form with the returned items and send to:

- Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 days, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.
Please note return shipping is best sent via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery. St. Agni take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however you may return your sale purchase for a credit for our online store in the form of a coupon code. Please follow the steps listed above to return your purchase.
We do not process exchanges. If you 'd like to swap sizes, you may purchase another size/item online and we will happily provide a full refund for the original item once returned back to us, provided it is in its original condition, packaging, the original Order Number is provided as proof of purchase and is returned within 14 days of delivery (please refer to Refunds and Returns information above).
We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org for further review. We have a 6 week faulty claim period. Please note, this excludes general wear and tear.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. St. Agni take no responsibility in tracking your return.
