Returns Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


We will provide you with a refund on full-priced items if:

  • The items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached

  • The items have not been worn, damaged or washed

  • You notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt

  • The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase

  • The items are deemed faulty

  • The items received are different to the goods you have ordered

  • You have had a change of mind and wish to purchase a different item


Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

How to return your order

  • In order to return your item, please fill out the returns form provided with your order, making sure to include your original order number.

  • Please include the form with the returned items and send to:

  • Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 days, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.

  • Please note return shipping must be sent via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery. St. Agni take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    If you have had a change of mind, you may purchase another item online and we will happily provide a full refund for the original item as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase,

    and is returned within 14 days of receipt (please refer to Refunds and Returns information above).



    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
